Club Championship 2011-12

Full standings below for gross and net competitions. Congratulations to Mark Lewis on taking the gross and net titles. He won the gross competition with 156 - nine shots clear of Ian Brushett. Mark won the nett competition with 144 - four shots ahead of Martin Coulson.

As no-one can win two sets of vouchers, Tony Leigh won a prize for 3rd place nett whilst Martin Redgewell and David Tomkins won best nett events on rounds 1 and 2 respectively.

Both rounds were qualifiers for handicap purposes with competition standard scratch of 72 on Round 1 and 71 on Round 2.

Round 1 notable stats:

10 birdies scored but none on the par 5s
most difficult hole was 16th
easiest hole was the 8th
only one person parred the 17th (Paul Chamberlain)

Round 2 notable stats:

most difficult hole - 15th - only Kevin Power managed to par it
easiest hole - 6th
