In addition to committees for each section, matters relating to club members are overseen by a Mixed Committee which comprises the Men's Committee, Ladies Committee and the Venerables Captain. As part of this, several roles extend across the various sections: Men's Junior Secretary (who deals with all juniors matters), Men's Treasurer (who oversees 'Friends of Heydon Grange' funds) and the Men's Secretary (who administers the Mixed Committee meetings). The Committee is always open to offers of help and also welcomes interest from those members who wish to stand for Committee positions - in a full or assistant capacity.
